Me and My Shadow

Ping Pong discovered his shadow today...and immediately started making out with it.

As you can see, Ping Pong isn't the only one who thinks his brother is hilarious. I'd say the feeling is mutual.

Backyard Fun!

Spring has sprung and that means outdoor play! Since Ping Pong was too small to take advantage of our backyard last spring and summer, Poki has taken it upon himself to show Ping Pong the ropes.

"Robot With Shoes"

Poki is really becoming quite the artist, if I do say so myself. And I'm certainly not biased.

Happy Food Dance

When Poki was a baby, he would do a little dance in his high chair when he really liked a certain food. It's how we could tell which were his favorites. Ping Pong does the same thing. The only difference is, in general, Ping Pong likes food much more than Poki ever did...and so his happy food dance is much more...um...enthusuatic. Take last night's dinner for example:

Boys and Their Trucks

It didn't take long for Ping Pong to discover trucks (since his big brother plays with them all the time), but he suddenly wants to play trucks with Poki. They spend much of the day chasing each other around the house with trucks. The trouble is, Poki doesn't always want to share his trucks with Ping Pong...and Ping Pong doesn't get it. It's like watching a puppy try to play with a grown dog. The grown dog will only let the puppy nip at its nose so many times before it nips back. We're working on it. I did manage to get a couple of good pictures in before things started to turn...

Playing together:

Ping Pong playing peek-a-boo (or as he says: "Ah-Ooooo!") around the corner, trying to get Poki to chase him:

Ping Pong showing his driving-while-crawling skills...until Poki turns a little possessive of his garbage truck:
